Sheila Goldgrab

Sheila Goldgrab is an international Master Certified Coach to executives on leadership topics. Twice recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for her excellence and business achievement through coaching, Sheila is a seasoned executive leadership coach, educator and speaker with over 13 years of experience specializing in leader impact, effectiveness and fulfillment.

Sheila holds a Masters degree in Workplace Learning and Change and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation and has completed advanced studies in leadership with the Coaches Training Institute as well as other advanced programs that focus on coaching and leadership, some of which have required a multi-year commitment. She also draws on her experience working in a ‘big five’ consulting firm in the areas of management assessment, people development and organizational change.

As a pioneer in her chosen field, Sheila is a recognized leader in the area of executive coaching. She is an Assessor with the ICF for those seeking a coaching credential, and has led the prestigious PRISM Awards and the International Coaching Research Symposium both early in their lifetimes. As a member of a global certification panel, Sheila has also assisted to identify the competencies that underpin business coaching.  As an industry leader, Sheila has provided commentary for and appeared in a wide range of publications including The Globe and Mail, and The National Post.
